Abstract

The second article concludes the cycle "Paper Architecture" and narrates about the criteria for projects belonging to the considered genre of creativity, highlights its most representative representatives of both domestic and foreign schools. The publication mainly deals with architectural concepts that interpret the anti-utopian moods of the society of the late twentieth century, the comments of the participants of the movement themselves and the evaluation of art critics.
