Abstract

In the article authors analyze the principles of organization for normative and informational complexes of construction products cost management. Authors describe need to optimization process of creature estimated rules of law by restoring the system of production surveillance.

Enlightening actual problems arising out of Russian domestic practice of normative work will help accomplish following tasks: precise evaluation of constructional costs as well as managing costs at different stages of development projects. The authors noted the need to create a system of companies that create and maintain production standards for their use as primary information in development process.

The study consists in systematizing information and creating terms in the field of norms and formulating organizational principles for developing production standards for the consumption of resources. A general classification of production estimated norm was carried out. The levels of averaging and raising standards are determined, as well as their features. In the article authors write about need to restore the system of production supervision monitoring and its features. Authors propose to restore the practice of research stations which based on contracting companies within the territorial complex.
