Abstract

Thе article discusses the creation of a springboard for human expansion into outer space. The presented prognostic project reflects the future life of a person in space. The habitable lunar base creates a new space environment associated with solving the problems of adaptation and human life on other planets of the Solar System, in a new environment. The strategy of human development is scientific and technological progress that leads to the destruction of civilization.
