The article gives a brief overview of the multifaceted activities of the Konigsberg architect Johann Ludwig Friedrich Lahrs (1880-1964), who built a lot in East Prussia in the first half of the XX-th century. The main attention is paid to the study of drawings in lithography technique, collected by the master in a folder called "City of Kant, 8 images of Koenigsberg 18th century". The Lithograph was presented in April 1936 as a "bean speech" at the annual celebration of the birthday of the philosopher Immanuel Kant, which was held by the Society of Friends of Kant. Eight landscapes of the disappeared city, called "North Atlantis", allow to reconstruct fragments of the urban fabric. The article is the first part of the study and includes an analysis of the images of the house of I. Kant and his ideas about it, found in the works of the philosopher. The view from the window of the house to the garden and the castle recreates the immediate environment of the thinker. The appearance of the temple of the Old City demonstrates the changes in the urban landscape in the 19th century.
