Abstract

he second part of the article analyzes the patterns of formation and development of the architectural and spatial environment of capital cities that arose at the stage of modern times during the scientific and technological revolution and the elimination of colonialism: Brasilia, Chandigarh, Islamabad, Dodoma, Abuja, as well as during the period of global digitalization : Berlin, Astana, Putrajaya. Based on the analysis, a table was created for the first time - a matrix of characteristic features of the architectural and spatial environment of capitals at its various levels.
