The Study of Physical and Mechanical Processes Occurring in Special-Purpose Concretes Modified by Secondary Use of Industrial Wastes

Abstract
The expansion of modern industrial production is associated with the formation of high-tonnage waste. Solving issues related to the problem of waste disposal helps reduce the cost of building materials and frees up agricultural land by eliminating slag dumps. Some industrial wastes can be used as raw materials for the manufacture of special building materials, in particular, for the manufacture of heat-resistant concrete and gypsum concrete panels. High-strength gypsum is a very effective material due to the simplicity of its production technology, the simple method of obtaining high-strength building products from this, as well as the low density of gypsum products and low thermal and sound conductivity. In order to improve the physical and mechanical characteristics of special concretes (heat-resistant concrete and gypsum concrete), industrial waste was used as an additive, in particular phosphorus slag from the Tolyatti plant of JSC Phosphorus.
