The Master Plan as a Tool for Solving Urban Planning Problems of Innovative Development of Bishkek the Capital of the Kyrgyz Republic

Abstract

This article is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the identification of cause-and-effect relationships between the emergence of fundamental urban planning problems in the development of Bishkek, the development of effective design solutions to overcome them, and the formation of a sustainable conceptual urban planning model for long-term development in the new draft digital master plan of the city. The implementation of which will ensure the creation of a safe, economically efficient and comfortable urban environment, strengthen the metropolitan functions of the Kyrgyz Republic of Bishkek as a business, financial and cultural center of Asia.
