The Main Trends in the Development of Civil Engineering at the Present Stage
Main Article Content
Abstract
The development of low-rise buildings is becoming a modern trend in civil construction. An analysis of the design practice of building implementation in the regions shows that along with high-rise construction, low-rise construction is also developing, the volume of commissioning of which in 2021 amounted to 52% of the total volume of housing construction.
The article compares the factors that, during the construction of high-rise buildings and low-rise buildings, determine the increase in the cost and costs of the operation of high-rise objects, and also contribute to reducing the cost of construction of low-rise buildings, including through the use of standard residential and public building projects.
The use of standard projects of social infrastructure facilities (schools, pre-school, outpatient clinics, FOC, etc.) in low-rise buildings will allow investors to reduce the amount of investment in design, including when "linking" projects developed taking into account the emerging industrial base of industrial enterprises.
Together with the regions and federal executive authorities, it is necessary to determine the nomenclature of recommended standard projects for social and other types of infrastructure, the elaboration of which should be entrusted to a specialized
research and design institute subordinate to the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation.
