Proactive and Reactive Planning of Construction Production under Conditions of External Stochastic Influences
Main Article Content
Abstract
The exhaustion of the possibilities of extensive development of the construction industry has led to the fact that the problem of optimal planning of construction projects implemented under resource constraints and stochastic impacts attracts significant and constantly growing interest of researchers and practitioners. The main part of the research is carried out within the framework of proactive-reactive or reactive planning taking into account the effect of stochastic factors on the duration of the procedures being implemented. This approach is characterized by a significant subjective component and is not applicable to new or unique projects. Alternative innovative methods are practically applicable only to projects implemented under weak stochastic impacts. In the work, based on the results of which the article was written, an algorithm for modeling scenarios for the implementation of a project implemented under intense stochastic impacts is constructed, free from these limitations. Methods for constructing a process tree and a system of equalities quantitatively describing the conditions for the successful implementation of all project processes are formulated. The analysis of the vector of the current process volume proposed in the article made it
possible to quantitatively describe the dynamics of technological interrelations and optimize the methods for implementing all agreed processes of the project.
