Metamorphoses of the Creative Path of V.I. Loktev. On the 90th Anniversary of the Birth of the Architect

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study and analysis of the creative path of architect Vyacheslav Ivanovich Loktev, his graphic and pictorial works, the main directions of scientific research and stages of professional activity. The paper considers the theoretical basis of his futurological projects, materials of creative and documentary archive of the architect. The variability and figurative expressiveness of the architect's individual creative method, based on the desire to create a new method of architectural thinking in the conditions of airless space is traced. The history of the architect's teaching and research work is studied.
