Abstract

Over the past half century, architecture has established a free, intuitive designing "without rules" based on imagination, intuition and imitation of fashionable renders. With the erosion of traditional ideas about harmony, order and expediency, building regulations and urban planning regulations remain the only fixid regulator of the architecture. The problem of the lack of clear
criteria for shaping slows down the development of theory and negatively affects the learning process. Under these conditions,
K. Alexander and N. The Salingaros propose a coherent theory of architecture based on the laws of the natural order. This article
examines 15 basic natural properties that traditional architecture intuitively perceived, but which have been completely overcome in the architecture of the last hundred years.
