Abstract
The article discusses issues related to improving the organization of various types of sanitary and hygienic processes in a residential cell. It has been found out that today little attention is paid to the premises where hygienic procedures are carried out when organizing design. This is primarily due to the fact that they do not take into account the specifics of living on the area of a residential cell of complex and large families, offering monotonous solutions in the design of sanitary units. Solutions are proposed for the allocation of new types of sanitary facilities inside a residential cell: a sanitary and hygienic unit, a sanitary and Laundry unit and a sanitary and wellness unit, the design of which Leads to an improvement in hygienic comfort. It also Leads to an increase in the quality of Life, significantly affecting other Life processes. Information is given on the placement of recommended equipment on the areas of such premises.
