Reconstruction of Dynamic Shaping Processes by I.I. Leonidov Using Computer Modeling Part 1. Park Staircase by I. Leonidov in the Sanatorium NKTP

Abstract

The article offers a new look at the phenomenon of I.I. Leonidov, whose conceptual ideas and design proposals have not been fully explored by researchers. In the framework of the scientific topic "Virtual Modeling in Architectural Formation", theoretical and experimental studies on using computer modeling to interact with phenomena observed in architects' work were carried out at MARKHI under the guidance of the article's authors. Computer visualization of the form-shaping processes inherent in the design practice of Ivan Ilyich Leonidov allows us to demonstrate the fundamental provisions of his special esign philosophy.
