Abstract

The article continues to develop the topic devoted to a new look at the phenomenon of I.I. Leonidov, whose conceptual ideas and design proposals remain not fully studied by researchers. The second part of the study examines the process of dynamic shaping inherent in the design practice of Ivan Ilyich Leonidov, based on his unrealized projects: the village of Klyuchiki in Nizhny Tagil and the Izvestia newspaper plant in Moscow, as well as sketches on a page from I.I. Leonidov's diary. Theoretical and experimental developments in computer modeling and animation as tools for studying the processes of shaping in the work of architectural masters were carried out by a team of teachers from the Moscow Architectural Institute under the guidance of the authors of the article. Interaction with the studied phenomena, carried out with the help of computer visualization, made it possible to demonstrate the fundamental provisions of the master's special design philosophy.
