Abstract

Trends in the development of society determine the requirements for architecture, forming a social order and providing the technical capabilities of urban planning and spatial planning solutions for buildings. At the same time, some socioeconomic
processes provoke problems of architecture, today they are associated with safety, comfort, architectural and artistic qualities of the urban environment and buildings, taking into account the interests of society, the level of professionalism of the architects themselves, their basic education. At the same time, it is very important to use new technologies competently, which
can bring both benefits and harm to architecture, including the design process and the created material and spatial environment. Solving these issues becomes a difficult task for the professional community, but a necessary condition for the progressiveness of architecture as a creative process.
