“Smart Landscape” of City Park

Abstract

The strategic use of information and communication infrastructure in the process of urban planning and management has led to the creation and implementation of a smart city model. The search for approaches and methods for solving the problems of modern cities continues. The analyzed smart city models differ in ways of achieving the set goals, but are unanimous in understanding the need to introduce a set of technical and organizational measures to manage resources and provide services. Smart technologies help in solving the issues of urban parks development, for updating and qualitatively transformed. Smart city park uses digital technology to solve environmental problems and create a comfortable and safe environment for visitors. The article analyzes the value criteria of smart parks, high-lights the most significant structural elements and functions necessary to create a smart landscape. An approach is proposed aimed at humanizing the landscape environment, combining the use of smart technologies and regional components.
