Decision Support System in the Field of Urban Planning: The Experience of the International Project CRISALIDE

Abstract

he article presents the results of the research work "Intelligent Decision Support System for Urban Environment Management", carried out within the framework of the Russian-European program ERA.NET-RUS PLUS (funding from the Russian side of the "Foundation for the Promotion of Small Forms of Enterprises in the Scientific and Technical Sphere "). The software and hardware complex developed as a result of research is a decision support system in the field of urban planning and involves providing the city management system with a modern tool for rapid assessment and comparison of options for solving urgent urban planning problems, such as new construction, redevelopment of territories, etc. The article presents the most important results of scientific work, expressed in the development of the ontology of the city as a subject environment, the development of general and particular tasks, as well as the methodology for developing the software and hardware complex.
