Digital Project of Construction Organization: Concept, Definition, Modern Requirements, Software

Abstract

The article outlines the relevance and importance of developing a COP (construction organization project) in a modern digital format. When developing a COP in digital form, information modeling technologies and project management methods are used. Considered the concept of "Digital COP" and modern requirements for this document. Software products for digital PIC creation and their functional characteristics are presented systematically. A scheme for the formation of a digital COP at the stages of the life cycle of a capital construction object has been developed. Еhe emergence of information modeling technologies has an impact not only on the form of a modern COP, but should also be taken into account when designing a digital project for organizing construction. To ensure the effective use of digital COP, a modern system for organizing construction management should be debugged, in which representatives of the design organization, the customer and contractors are involved in the development of the COP.
